I would highly recommend the FM Awards. It's the Pinnacle in terms of awards for what we do in our industry and to be able to sit in a room with our competition and be able to celebrate what we do day to day for our clients is fantastic

To take home four awards in one night, it’s a great achievement we’re very proud of it and it means an awful lot to us to get that recognition from our peers in the industry

I think anybody who hasn’t entered, should enter and enter as many categories as possible. If you don’t win or don’t get nominated the first year, it’s always a good learning curve, because you will only get better at writing the submissions, and it is definitely something that is of value to you and to your clients and business.

We are probably the first public sector organisation to have won the Overall Excellence in Facilities Management award (in 2020). We have been working very hard over the last year, it is great for our team to be recognised in this area, so I am absolutely ecstatic!

Awards like this that bring people together and let everybody enjoy it. Strong leadership in the industry is to empower the people you work with. Let them be themselves, the future is bright with the young apprentices that we’ve got coming in, mentorship, and bringing the apprenticeship through. We've got an ageing workforce, we need to bring them through.

Really surprised, over the moon, wasn't expecting it at all so yeah, really thrilled about winning the awards. I think it just shows how hard we work in innovational technology. We always put solutions in place so it kind of puts us out there in the forefront when it comes to that side of the business. It's been a lovely experience and it's been really nice coming here today and meeting lots of other companies who are obviously working in facilities management.

To have three awards is priceless just for all the hard work that the team have done and the dedication. It's amazing, everyone's done a lot of hard work, working towards this. For us within the cleaning team we've never had an award before, never been nominated so for us it's really good and it's good for the staff morale and you know just a little thank you for all the hard work they've done.

Recognition of the hard work that maintenance managers are doing in TLC care in each care home and it's definitely unexpected. They were super excited, they said it's a testimonial of the hard work we've done throughout the three years that we've been together. It's been fantastic and alongside our values, truth, love and compassion, it's fantastic to be in such a venue with such events. Thank you very much for having us.

Absolutely outstanding, it's something we've never entered before, it was new for me as well, only been with the company a short period of time and I thought the great things they do around the team, it's a team event, everything they do we're here because of them. You know we value the culture and our staff and everything we do there and this is going to be absolutely brilliant for the team to go back and say to them you know this is why we do what we do.

We're delighted, so Pareto is a really really CSR focused organisation so we focus really heavily on technical excellence but underpinned by great client partnerships driven by the CSR initiatives that we have so we couldn't be more delighted. It tells the marketplace what we can do and how we differ as organisations, there's been some really great people here today celebrating really great things, it's just testament to their specialisms and skills and we all have different specialisms and skills so it's nice to be different.
